One thing huwa always kinanitatizaga and nimeona sio mbaya leo nika'share with you... Mwanzoni nilijuaga ni mimi tuu, ila nimekutana na watu kibao wananielezea hii changamoto...
Hivi ni kwasababu gani mtu ukifanya diet, mazoezi and all the ways possible za kupunguza mwili unaweza punguza kilo chache sana kwa muda mrefu... lakini ukiacha tuu kwa muda mfupi zinarudi kilo nyingiiiii ajabu... Why??!!! Si zirudi tuu atleast kama ulizopunguza??? why zinarudi hadi kilo za nyongeza jomoniiii....
Kwa mfano mie apo kwa picha nilikuwa nimeongeza 8kgs in a month, baada ya kutoka kufanya diet na slimming herbs kama 3months ivii na nikapunguza only 5kgs... ghafla tuu nikaongea 8kgs yaani nyongeza ya 3kgs jomoniii...this isnt fair at allllllll... Au miili mingine ni ya kufanyiwaga diets za life time???

Pleaseeee...mwenye kujua ni nini naweza fanya with my very tight schedule, plus sipendi na sitamani gym kabisaaaaaaa...nishaurini vyote jamani sio mazoezi...hahahaa, pia dawa za kuharisha pia no, nipo na tight schedule siwezi stay at home coz of kuharisha and mazingira ninayofanyia kazi sio friendly na izo mambo.... nishaurini kitu ambacho kitanipunguza sanaaaaaa, hata kama kwa muda mrefu ila kisiwe kigumu...
